  • Shipping may not be possible or additional charges will be applied to International countries in Zone B including Mexico, Brazil that restrict health food imports.
  • In case of products that are shipped overseas, customers are responsible for customs-related issues.
  • Shipping and Handling Charges are non-refundable.
  • For Domestic Shipping, we send the packages by USPS Priority Mail. Your package(s) will arrive in approximately 2-5 business days. For Express Shipping – Please contact our Customer Center by phone or e-mail to request the shipping rates. For International Shipping, please expect to receive your package(s) in approximately 5-10 business days.

2. Return & Refund Policy

  • Return Policy

Please contact our customer center to return. Products must be returned within 30 calendar days after purchase. If the packaging of the box is peeled off, return is not acceptable. The box package must not be opened, broken or damaged. The customer is responsible for the Return shipping cost.

  • Refund Policy

a. Refund will be issued after deducting Shipping & Handling charges and a Restocking fee

b. For U.S. Domestic and international Zone B returns, the Restocking fee will be 10% of the sales amount.

c. For returns from international Zone A countries, refunds will be processed minus the Restocking fee, as detailed below.

d. In case of a partial return, the sum of multiplying the quantity already used by corresponding unit price will be deducted first. Then the balance after deducting either Shipping & Handling charge or Restocking fee will be refunded. For more information, please contact customer center.

For example, a return of 2 bottles (160 cap/bottle) from an original purchase of 5 bottles

Step 1: Start with $1,300 (5 bottles at $260/bottle), then subtract $840 (3 used bottles at $280/bottle), resulting in $460.

Step 2: From this $460,subtract any Shipping & Handling charges or Restocking fee.
